Lemon Tree Premier New Town Kolkata

I recently stayed at Lemon Tree and was thoroughly impressed. The food was great, always available, and everything felt safe and comfortable. What stood out the most was their incredible initiative to employ people with disabilities. One staff member, in particular, really caught my attention with their warm smile, excellent work ethic, and professional presentation. It's inspiring to see such a positive, inclusive environment. Highly recommend!

Not any

Location is good, although its far from the main areas of work and tourism. Booking cab at times can be challenging. Breakfast and food is good. Safe and clean hotel. Hot water is available. Room Size is good.

The TV would turn on automatically, as and when power went off and came back.

Amazing.. thanks to housekeeping room was clean spotless. I don’t remember Hk boy name but was very attentive. Thankyou for beautiful stay. Staff are wonderful..

The menu of room service was very limited there is no option for western menu. I think they needs have a more choices for menu. Another things we booked the room for double occupancy but bathroom toiletariest prepared for one only .Overall good just needs to check this small things.

Cozy clean rooms, comfortable bed.

Non responsive receptionists. Even after multiple call no one picked up. Bathroom slippers were not provided.

Location is ok. Good ambience , standard lemon tree atmosphere. Nothing much to say apart from that . Room view was good.

Despite requesting i ended up in a smoking room, and that was not good.

Bed

Used bed sheets are laying with bed ,pelow cover also same conditions watching with hairs.

Awful. Every food item was tasteless. Probably the chef was terrible. Spread was limited

Lack of front desk staff. Always there was long queue

As always the service of the housekeeping staff was excellent. The food was good.

It was short staffed.

Location

Lack of communication by the staff, Food was undercooked, Facilities were substandard.Cannot rate as any star hotel

Clean room, good breakfast, helpful staff. Comfortable stay.

The look of the arrival hall and its ambiance

The breakfast was good but could have been better with more continental items

the bed linen were not clean and the matresses and covers were stained. some of the bed sheets were also stained.

Wonderful location. Nice room size. Excellent amenities...Good breakfast spread. Service was pretty good. I've stayed in quite a few Lemon Tree properties across the country and am fond of their properties. Helps that many have a tie up with my company

Though breakfast was tasty, it lacked variety. Almost same for both days. AC was a bit inconsistent.

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Kolkata

room was spacious clean and comfortable

very less staff, only a single person in reception who was struggling to manage everything

Pleasant

I had ordered dinner... But to my dismay despite charging GST, they were charging service tax. When I am already paying GST why should i pay service tax. This was absurd.. I had raised the issue while paying the bill. They reluctantly decided to omit it

Attentive and respectful staff, clean and well appointed rooms, delicious food, personalized care, excellent connectivity, adjacent to a bank and ATM, also adjacent to good quality malls.

The hotel hosts corporate and wedding groups that party, drink and smoke in their rooms, even on non-smoking floors such as ours. Some of the clients were leery and I felt like I needed to accompany the women in our group (foreigners) in the hotel as a result. Thrice I had to raise complaints to which the staff immediately responded.

Bad

I have booked through Booking.com unable to extend my booking date and charges has been forcefully from my credit card ......very Bad experience....

The location and cleanliness if rooms

Receptionist Somraj has an attitude issue. Not fit for customer facing role. Took a long time to fix internet issue after repeated calls. Not very courteous or responsive either.

Nice ambience

Small pool
